Welcome to the home of Kent PA Hire for public address (PA), radio and audio visual (AV) hire and installation services for Kent and East Sussex. We are a privately owned business, and provide a reliable profesional service. As well as Public address hire for events, we also provide Public Address and hearing loop installation in churches and village halls.


We hire out public address, radio communications and Audio Visual systems in Ashford, Canterbury, Eastry, Tilmanstone,  Folkestone, Sandgate, Hythe, Margate, Chartham, Ramsgate, Dover, Deal, Sandwich, The Romney Marsh areas, Maidstone, Medway and East Sussex.

We supply public address and communication systems for numerous outdoor events around Kent  throughout the year. In addition we also provide indoor audio systems for conferences, meetings, weddings, religious services, and much more.

For outdoor events we have mobile commentary boxes, and trailers designed especially for this type of function. The commentary box has a worktop, and seating, as well as all the equipment needed for the event. We run our amplification from a battery power supply, and only use generators when essential.

Equestrian events May / June 2016

Kent PA Hire are very busy during the season providing public address and communications for Equestrian events across Kent and East Sussex. We can provide sound coverage over a wide area for your shows, as well as large quantities of Radios on different channels. Headsets for commentary are also available.

All systems have there own power supply, and can be booked with or without a commentary unit.

As we often have multiple shows every week, please do book as early as possible.

 

May Bank Holiday Vintage Show 2016

Our regular vintage weekend took place on the first May bank holiday weekend. The weather was kind on the Saturday and Sunday but slightly more chilly on the Monday.

As usual we provided arena public address for the 3 days, with a commentary box, and communications for the show organisers.

Outdoor event of 2016 - Margate Seafront 5th / 6th March 2016

We have been working with the organisers of the Margate Beach cross weekend for many years providing public address along the seafront in Margate. The system stretches a long length of the seafront providing loud and clear commentary. We look forward to the next event working with the organisers in October.

 

Our first event of the year was the Margate Blessing of the sea 10th Jan 2016

Blessing of the Sea Event, Margate 2016

 

Margate is the setting for a Blessing of the Seas in the Greek Orthodox celebrations at Epiphany (6th January) marking the baptism of Christ.  Margate was chosen for the honour in the mid-twentieth century because there is a large community of Greek Cypriot residents in the town. It’s organised by the local  Greek Orthodox Church whose Archishop leads the devotions and begins at the church of St Michael the Archangel. After a short service  a procession of many dignitaries in full regalia, both religious and civic, follows the piper to Marine Sands & the beach . Doves are released, prayers given and a decorated cross is hurled into the waters to be retrieved by a young diver for the Archbishop.

Kent PA Hire provided Public address for this event, ensuring the large crowds can hear the service.

 

Kent PA Hire are supporting the Kent MS Therapy Centre, Canterbury

The Kent MS Therapy Centre is located in Canterbury. It does an excellent job improving the lives of people with multiple Sclerosis. The centre has excellent facilities, and is a registered Charity.
Kent PA Hire are happy assist the charity with Audio  Visual equipment for any of the fundraising events that they hold.  Please do Support them.
