Tinytrak 4 launched 1st Feb 2008

The TinyTrak4 is the next controller in the TinyTrak range. Not only
does it perform the features of the TinyTrak3, but it also adds the
following:

- Packet Decoding : Using a software DSP, the TT4 can decode not only
1200 baud packet, but also 9600 and 300 baud, DTMF, and more.

- Field Upgrades : New firmware can be downloaded for free at the
TinyTrak4 website, and programmed into the TinyTrak4 with a computer
serial port.

- Analog and Digital Telemetry : TT4 can read and send voltage,
temperature, and other analog and digital sources.

- A More Powerful Processor : TT3 has more speed, code space, RAM,
and EEPROM than the TinyTrak3.

The TinyTrak4 has been beta tested for many months by hundreds of users. It is currently functioning as a Tracker, with the ability to decode and send waypoints to a GPS, and to send telemetry, and also as a KISS TNC. All code for the TinyTrak4 is NOT complete. Plans are being made to add many more features in the coming months. New code can always be downloaded into the TinyTrak4 at any time.

The TinyTrak3 is NOT being replaced by the TinyTrak4. The TT3 is
well proven, and for a user that is just looking for a simple tracker,
the TT3 is less expensive, and easier to build.
