Let Kent PA hire look after your audio and visual requirements for your meeting or conference.

We can provide projectors, projector stands, screens, DVD players, laptop computers for PowerPoint presentations, along with a public address system with microphones and a CD player for background music, all coupled with the DVD player and laptop.

We can provide fixed Microphones, Radio Microphones, Lapel Microphones and much more.

We can also provide a portable Hearing aid "Loop system" for your event. Hearing aid users just need to switch the hearing aid to the "T" Position. Please contact us for more information

We can provide recording equipment for meetings and presentations if needed, both audio and visual.

Audio Recordings can be made onto cassette tape, minidisc, or to a CD.

We can also provide Lecterns, complete with reading light and clip on microphone.
Room is available at the front of the Lectern for your company logo.

These systems can be tailored for your needs. We have an extensive list of equipment ready for hire in South East Kent.

The system can be setup by a full trained engineer ready for the start of your event.

Conference in West Kent - September 2007

We provide full audio and visual facilities. The picture below was taken in a hall in West Kent. We installed 4 fixed microphones on the main table, as well as 2 roving microphones which were used for questions from the public. A hearing aid "Loop" system was installed for the AGM, as well as recording facilities. A CD of the AGM was passed to the client at the end of the meeting.

Kent International Hotel, Ramsgate - September 2007

Kent PA Hire provided Audio and Visual equipment for a meeting at the Kent International Hotel in Ramsgate.

We provided a Lectern, full sound system, large Projector screen, LCD Projector and projector stand.
We setup the equipment well in advance on the day, and stayed at the hotel to ensure everything ran smoothly during the conference.

Meeting at a Hotel in Folkestone

We provided the customer with a projector screen, projector, Projector stand, Laptop and printer. The equipment is normally setup early on the day.

Outdoor Event - Mini Cinema August 2006

Pictured above we provided a "Mini Cinema package" for a private party in Kent. During the evening many other events were held on the grounds, and this added to the party
We provided a screen, projector, sound system and DVD player. The customer gave us the DVD's to be played throughout the evening.
