Past Indoor Events
Here is a small selection of indoor events that we have provided public address systems at:
Grease Production in Dover, March 2010
We provided a full sound system for the production of Grease. After much
planning we provided Radio Microphones for all of the cast, Microphones for
the band, including connecting up all of the instruments. We assisted during
all of the rehersals, as well as operating the equipment on the main performance
nights. Radio communication was provided between key people and backstage
/ technical staff.
Productions of this size take a great deal of planning. Contact us for more
information. We also have a limited supply of stage lighting.
Corporate Dinner Near Wye 6th June 2009
Kent PA Provided a sound system for a corporate event near Wye. We provided several Radio microphones for the event, CD Players, and a quality sound system. We worked closely with the company to ensure everything ran smoothly on the night.

Wedding at Wingham Church 30th May 2009
The bride and Groom carefully selected there chuch entrance music and copied onto there IPOD. it was out job to make it sound good! we did just this, and provided a quality sound system for the couples wedding.
Wedding in Sandwich, 1st March 2008
Kent PA Hire provided sound equipment for a wedding in Sandwich. The system consisted of a lapel wireless microphone for the minister, a lectern with microphone for the readings and small speakers on stands. We worked closely with the couple to ensure everything went smooth on the day.
Conference at the Hop Farm, 1st November 2007
Kent PA Hire provided a sound system for a conference. We supplied table top microphones, Lapel radio microphones, handheld radio microphones, a Lectern, a hearing aid loop system and recording facilities for the questions and answers part of the conference. Demelza House in Sittingbourne 15th September 2007
We provided a sound system for Demelza House in Sittingbourne. The event was a small concert for the children. we provided front of house sound system, Mixing desk, and microphones, along with full support througout the event.
Wedding Sound system at a Church in Canterbury 8th September 2007
We provided a sound system at a church in Canterbury for a wedding. The music for the service was played on CD. We provided full setup, and support throughout the service.
Wedding Sound system in Canterbury 30th June 2007
We provided a sound system for a wedding in a hotel in Canterbury City centre. The system consisted of speakers on tripods, a microphone made available for the speeches, and some lights for dancing in the evening. The couple spent time planning the evening using a I-POD for the music.

Wedding Sound system Nr Ashford 5th May 2007
We provided a sound system for the speeches and for background music
at the reception.
The couple plugged in a I-POD into our system, with a selection of music
ready for the day. A radio microphone was made available for the speeches.

Meeting Near Maidstone 27th April 2007
We provided a public address system for an AGM in a hotel near Maidstone. We provided fixed wired microphones as well as a walk about wireless microphone so the team could take questions from the public. We also provided a hearing aid "loop" system to enable the hard of hearing to be able to hear exactly what is going on during the meeting. Please contact us for more information

Corporate function at Leeds Castle 11th December 2006
We provided sound and special lighting effects for a corporate function at Leeds Castle.

Birthday Party Public Address system Nr Folkestone 11th November 2006
We were asked to provide a PA system that an IPOD and Laptop could be connected to for background music and for evening dancing. We provided the system, along with some lights for the evening dancing.

Public Meeting in Ashford 24th October 2006
We provided a full public address system for a public meeting in Ashford. Wireless microphones were provided for questions from the floor, fixed microphones were provided for the panel, along with a lectern, lectern microphone and light.

Graduation Ceremony, Canterbury Cathedral, 21st July 2006
Kent PA hire provided a full public address system for this event, which included a fixed microphone on a stand, and speakers for the ceremony.
Customer comment: The ceremony could be heard loud and clear, even at the back, which was excellent, even in a building with bad acoustics you made it sound great, many thanks.
Wedding Public Address system at Biddenden, 8th July 2006
Kent PA Hire provided a full public address system for the speeches, and for the Jazz band. fixed microphones were used for the jazz band, and a radio microphone was used for the speeches. An engineer was present throughout the event.

Video Link at Leeds Castle, Maidstone, 4th July 2006
We provided a "video link" between 2 rooms for a presentation and prize giving evening. Around 150 guests sat in the main room, the rest sat in another room, where they could clearly see the presentation on a big screen. A high quality video camera was used at the event, which was plugged into a projector. Kent PA Hire can provide Audio and Visual packages to suit your needs.
PA System for a Small band at Eastwell Manor Hotel - 4th June 2006
We provided a small PA system for a band at Eastwell Manor Near Ashford.
The band played light background music in a marquee whilst guests ate
lunch.
We provided them with main PA, a small mixer, and amplifier. We installed
the system and took down the system at the times arranged with the band.

PA System for a small Band Nr Folkestone - 29th April 2006
We provided a PA system for 2 professional musicians. the first was a keyboard / singer, and the second was playing an acoustic guitar. We provided microphones, stands, front of house Speakers, minidisk and CD Players. the band provided there own small mixer for special effects which plugged into our system.

The Dominic King Show Emailer's Club Charity Evening at the Hop Farm, Paddock Wood - 3rd March 2006
We Provided a full public address system for the evening, which included Radio Microphones, fixed microphones, Monitor speakers, Front of house speakers, CD Players, and recording the highlights of the evening on minidisc.
The evening was a big success, raising money for the NSPCC, Many listeners from Dominic Kings "Drive time" show on BBC Radio Kent attended the evening.
We worked together with the management team, with the bands "Edison Lighthouse", "Chicory Tip" several local singers, and many others to ensure the evening ran smoothly.
Tenterden Leisure Centre - Public Meeting June 2005
A meeting was held at Tenterden Leisure to discuss the future of the centre, to find out from people what they thought and how they could improve service and facilities.
We were hired for the event to provide a public address system.
We used three radio microphones for the event. The both the centre manager and the lady in charge of the meeting used one and the other was used if the public had questions for the centre. This worked well and also ensured everyone could hear what was going on.
We also provided some gentle background music at the beginning and end of the evening.
60th Birthday Party in Bethersden
The PA system was used for background music and for a jazz band. We used two Technics CD players and three top quality microphones for the band with two JBL speakers.

Opening of Pent Valley Leisure Centre, Folkestone 20th May 2005
The requirement was a simple public address system set-up, which could be heard in the restaurant area with around 200 people. We provided them with 2 fixed microphones on stands, along with a radio microphone. Two speakers were carefully placed so the speech could be heard loudly and clearly.
The centre was opened by athletic, Colin Jackson, and, Noel Thatcher, Paralympics gold medallist
